• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience, including in-house SaaS GTM sourcing in a high-talent bar organization. • Experience conducting research and industry trend analysis across multiple European markets. • Proficiency in advanced Boolean searches, competitive talent pool analysis, and the use of specialized sourcing tools like HireEZ and LinkedIn Recruiter.
