📋 Description

• Manage the deployment of Samsara technology to customers and enable quick time to value • Lead solution workshops to develop L1 business processes • Guide customers through change management, including policy, communications, and training • Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology to executives and day-to-day users • Work through customer obstacles across numerous use cases • Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product • Own customer relationships and define and deliver project plans for successful solution deployment • Travel to customer sites for up to 30% of the time, potentially including overnight stays

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding role • 2+ years of experience supporting or working with technical products • Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred • Strong project management skills and ability to follow methodologies • Strong problem-solving and project management skills • Excellent consultative skills and experience with end-to-end system implementations • Experience managing more than 20 implementations/projects simultaneously • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering senior management, and day-to-day software users • Passion for taking initiative and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment • Fluency in spoken and written English and German is mandatory • Change management delivery experience preferred • Experience using AI or automation in Customer Success workflows to drive measurable productivity improvements preferred
