📋 Description

• Planning, coordinating and overseeing cleaning processes • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the cleaning team • Conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards and the service specification • Responsibility for inventory/materials management and budget control • Close collaboration with clients, colleagues and partners • Developing and implementing optimization measures to increase efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification • Several years of managerial experience in the commercial cleaning sector • Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with CAFM systems • Valid driving licence (class B) • Hands-on mentality • Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach • Organizational talent and a sense of responsibility • Business-minded and service-oriented
