📋 Description

• Handle low-complexity legal matters • Review documents • Draft legal pleadings • Support the monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings • Assist the legal team with legislative research and case-law analysis • Support the preparation of reports and legal opinions • Ensure compliance with deadlines and the technical quality of proceedings • Provide initial client assistance under supervision • Review contracts, legal documents, and judicial settlements under guidance • Draft initial petitions, answers, appeals, and other procedural filings under supervision • Gather relevant information from clients and advise them on legal procedures • Contribute to the organization and efficiency of the firm and to the quality of legal deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • At least 6 months of experience through an internship or practical work at a law firm or legal department • Knowledge of civil and procedural law • Legal research • Legal writing and drafting of pleadings • Deadline and case management • Negotiation skills • Professional ethics
