📋 Description

• Handle low-complexity legal matters • Review documents and draft legal pleadings • Assist with monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings • Conduct legislative research and case law analysis • Assist in preparing reports and legal opinions • Ensure deadlines are met and proceedings comply with technical requirements • Conduct initial client consultations under supervision • Review and analyze contracts, legal documents, and judicial settlements • Draft initial complaints, answers, appeals, and other procedural filings under supervision • Gather relevant information for case management and advise clients on legal procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • At least 6 months of experience through an internship or practical work at a law firm or legal department • Knowledge of civil law and civil procedure • Legal research • Legal writing and drafting of procedural documents • Deadline and case management • Negotiation skills • Professional ethics
