📋 Description

• Provide client intake and service for the firm’s clients on a range of legal matters • Analyze documents and draft legal pleadings and submissions • Support negotiations and develop strategies to maximize case success and mitigate risks • Ensure compliance with legal standards and contribute to meeting targets and ensuring legal certainty • Act as a negotiator and dispute resolver, seeking clear and efficient resolutions • Work across multiple stages of judicial proceedings, from contract review and drafting to representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings • Organize and oversee legal advisory activities, ensuring compliance of commercial transactions, contractual agreements, and privacy practices • Manage and monitor the portfolio of judicial and administrative cases for clients • Supervise the review and preparation of legal filings and legal documents • Prepare procedural and contingency reports using the firm’s case management system • Draft and execute legal instruments of varying complexity • Assess risks, perform legal diagnoses, and recommend legal alternatives to enable the firm’s objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Postgraduate qualifications in civil procedure, labor procedure, or labor law are a plus • Specialization in Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law • Minimum of 6 months of experience in law firms or corporate legal departments • Advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure • Experience drafting legal pleadings and performing contract review • Negotiation and dispute resolution skills • Ability to work effectively in a team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of legal research, legal writing and drafting pleadings, deadline and case management, negotiation, and professional ethics
