📋 Description

• Provide legal services to the firm’s clients across a range of matters • Analyze documents and draft pleadings and other procedural documents • Support negotiations and develop strategies to maximize case outcomes and mitigate risks • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and contribute to achieving defined goals and maintaining legal certainty • Act as a negotiator and dispute resolver, ensuring efficient, results-oriented resolutions • Handle multiple stages of legal proceedings, from contract analysis and drafting to representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings • Conduct, organize, and oversee legal advisory activities • Ensure that commercial transactions, contractual agreements, and privacy practices comply with applicable laws and regulations • Protect clients’ legal and commercial interests • Manage and monitor the portfolio of judicial and administrative proceedings in coordination with clients • Guide the review and development of pleadings and legal documents • Prepare procedural and litigation-contingency reports using the firm’s proprietary system • Draft and implement legal instruments of varying complexity • Assess risks, conduct legal diagnostics, and recommend legal alternatives to support the firm’s objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Postgraduate qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are considered a plus • Specialization in Business Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law • At least 6 months of experience at a law firm or in a corporate legal department • Advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure • Strong focus on drafting pleadings and reviewing contracts • Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of Civil and Procedural Law • Legal research • Legal writing and drafting of pleadings • Deadline and case management • Professional ethics
