📋 Description
• Analyze and draft pleadings, legal opinions, contracts, defenses, and appeals. • Assist clients virtually via telephone and social media. • Attend hearings and deliver oral arguments. • Support client matters and answer questions related to employment law.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law and an active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) license. • Experience in employment law. • Reside in Porto Alegre. • Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
