📋 Description

• Analyze and review, under guidance, contracts, legal documents, and court settlements, checking relevant clauses and terms to strengthen clients’ positions and minimize risks in cases of default; • Prepare and draft initial complaints, answers, appeals, and other court filings under the supervision of Mid-Level or Senior Attorneys, meeting procedural deadlines and formal requirements; • Provide initial client assistance, gathering relevant information for case management and advising clients on legal procedures; • Support the monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings; • Conduct legislative research and case law analysis; • Support the preparation of reports and legal opinions; • Contribute to the organization and efficiency of the firm and to the quality of legal deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • At least 6 months of experience through an internship or practical work at a law firm or legal department; • Knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure; • Legal research skills; • Legal writing and drafting of court filings; • Case and deadline management; • Negotiation skills; • Professional ethics.
