📋 Description

• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to business and legal teams on civil law matters • Act in conflict resolution by identifying and implementing alternative solutions to problems • Provide legal support in general practice and debt recovery • Review and draft contracts • Represent clients in judicial and administrative proceedings • Mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance • Advise on critical decisions based on technical expertise • Develop efficient, customized legal solutions • Monitor and manage portfolios of judicial and administrative proceedings in coordination with clients • Guide the review and development of pleadings and legal documents • Prepare procedural and contingency reports using the firm’s case management system • Draft and implement highly complex legal instruments • Assess risks, conduct legal diagnoses, and recommend legal alternatives • Plan legal activities related to civil legislation, with an emphasis on debt recovery • Develop legal, statutory, and doctrinal studies and opinions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); postgraduate education or specialization in areas such as Business Law, Contract Law, or Civil and Civil Procedural Law is a plus • At least 6 months of experience in general legal practice and debt recovery • Proficiency in Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and Labor Procedure • Demonstrated experience managing complex civil, labor, and administrative proceedings • Knowledge of civil and procedural law • Legal research • Legal writing and drafting of pleadings • Deadline and case management • Negotiation skills • Professional ethics
