📋 Description

• Provide legal advice and counsel in civil, labor and corporate law • Resolve disputes and apply alternative problem-solving methods • Provide legal support in general practice and debt recovery • Review and draft contracts • Represent clients in judicial and administrative proceedings • Mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance • Guide critical decisions based on technical expertise • Develop efficient, customized legal solutions • Monitor and manage clients’ portfolios of judicial and administrative proceedings • Guide the review and development of court filings and legal documents • Prepare procedural and contingency reports using the firm’s proprietary system • Draft and execute highly complex legal instruments • Assess risks, conduct diagnoses and recommend legal alternatives • Develop and plan legal activities related to civil, criminal, social security and corporate law • Prepare legal studies and opinions, including interrelated legal analyses and doctrinal research • Develop litigation strategies and conduct investigative analyses of judgment debtors’ assets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Postgraduate degree or specialization in areas such as Business Law, Contract Law or Civil Law • Postgraduate qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure and Labor Law are a plus • At least 6 months of experience in general practice and debt recovery • Proficiency in Civil, Contract, Business and Civil Procedural Law, as well as Labor Procedure and Labor Law • Demonstrated experience managing complex civil, labor and administrative proceedings • Knowledge of civil and procedural law • Legal research • Legal drafting and preparation of court filings • Deadline and case management • Negotiation skills • Professional ethics
