📋 Description

• Responsible for individual phases of an M&A process • Preparing investment teasers and information memoranda • Developing tailored, actionable M&A strategies with investors and companies • Modeling business plans, conducting company valuations and integrating financial models • Preparing decision documents and presenting them internally and to clients • Supporting business development through studies and pitch preparation

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable field • Experience in Corporate Finance, at an M&A boutique or in investment banking • Exceptionally strong analytical and conceptual skills • Confident communication in German and English • Excellent MS Office skills (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) • High degree of personal responsibility and drive; enjoys working in small teams
