âą Serve as strategic advisor and hands-on operator for clients âą Collaborate with clients to define partnership strategy aligned with business objectives âą Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify partnership opportunities âą Develop partnership program frameworks and value propositions âą Create partnership roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics âą Design partnership program structures, tiers, and benefit packages âą Develop partner onboarding processes and enablement materials âą Create partnership agreements, terms, and legal frameworks âą Establish partnership operations including workflows, tools, and systems âą Identify and recruit strategic partners aligned with client objectives âą Build and execute partner acquisition strategies âą Develop partner marketing and co-marketing initiatives âą Optimize partner engagement and activation strategies âą Manage day-to-day partnership operations and partner relationships âą Monitor partnership performance metrics and KPIs âą Conduct regular business reviews with partners âą Provide strategic recommendations for program evolution âą Present regular progress reports and insights to client stakeholders
âą 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or channel management âą Proven track record of building and scaling successful partnership programs from inception âą Strong understanding of partnership program mechanics including economics, incentive structures, and enablement âą Excellent strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into partnership strategies âą Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously âą Exceptional communication skills including executive-level presentation abilities âą Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking partnership metrics.
