📋 Description

• Lead the Business Partner team and formulate and advance digital and IT strategies aligned with business strategy • Act as a trusted partner to business divisions by understanding medium- and long-term business challenges and growth opportunities • Drive value creation, business transformation, and organizational capability enhancement through technology • Manage the system portfolio and IT investments • Lead the creation and execution of a digital roadmap aligned with business objectives • Manage the team while personally leading important projects and strategic initiatives as a player-manager • Collaborate closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders and the Digital & IT organization • Contribute to sustainable business results and accelerate digital transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 8+ years of experience in IT, digital, or business partner roles • Experience leading IT projects or business transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders • Broad knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT service management • Experience in IT strategy development, portfolio management, and IT investment management • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in multicultural and global environments • Team-leader or people-management experience • Business-level communication skills in Japanese and English • Leadership ability to make autonomous decisions and move the organization forward in uncertain environments
