📋 Description

• Join SAP Fioneer as a Senior Compliance and Sustainability Manager and play a key role in shaping and strengthening our global compliance framework. • Support the Chief Compliance Officer and act as their trusted delegate in key professional matters. • Work independently and collaboratively, providing expert guidance on compliance, sustainability, and regulatory topics. • Act as a senior advisor on regulatory compliance, sustainability (including EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive – CSRD), and data protection topics. • Develop and implement compliance frameworks, including policies, standards, guidelines, and internal controls. • Drive initiatives to prevent fraud, bribery, conflicts of interest, and support investigations when required. • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance requirements are embedded in business processes. • Serve as key interface for due diligence requests, audits, and compliance-related inquiries; deliver training and awareness initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex compliance topics clearly and build trusted relationships across all levels • Proven expertise in compliance, ESG regulations, and regulatory monitoring; financial services experience is a plus • Independent, structured, and results-driven working style with strong project management capabilities • Experience in developing controls and translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions • Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
