📋 Description
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. • Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates. • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1 year of customer service experience • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems • Willing to work shifting schedules if required
