📋 Description

• Keep employee records and files accurate and up to date • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including final pay information • Support recruitment by posting job ads, reviewing CVs, and preparing shortlists • Track trainer qualifications and certifications and flag upcoming expiries • Prepare the fortnightly payroll in Xero for approval • Maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, templates, and processes • Remind managers when performance reviews are due • Enter and maintain data in the new HR system as it rolls out • Work directly with the head of the business • Help shape the setup and use of the new HR system

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in HR administration, including employee records and onboarding • Exposure to recruitment administration such as job ads, CV screening, and shortlists • Strong organisation, accuracy, and discretion with sensitive information • Clear written and spoken English with managers and trainers • Comfortable learning and working in a new HR system • A service mindset and the ability to prioritise urgent requests • Payroll administration or Xero experience is nice to have • Ability to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM AU time
