📋 Description

• Support DMS's marketing, brand, and lead-generation activities • Create high-quality branded graphics and marketing content • Support and monitor Meta advertising campaigns • Assist with social media and digital marketing activities • Contribute to ongoing improvement of DMS's online presence • Respond to and contact prospective clients, including by phone • Gather relevant information and assess initial suitability of prospective clients • Ensure qualified opportunities are progressed promptly to the appropriate DMS team member • Collaborate remotely with the Australian DMS team • Manage work independently

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation • Experience creating professional marketing graphics and digital content using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite • Experience supporting or managing Meta advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, creative development, monitoring, and basic performance reporting • Experience communicating directly with customers or leads, including phone-based lead qualification or sales/customer service calls • Experience managing multiple marketing activities, deadlines, and stakeholders • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related discipline OR equivalent demonstrated practical experience • Excellent spoken and written English • Confidence and clarity speaking directly with Australian customers and prospective clients • Confidence making outbound and inbound phone calls and building rapport with prospective clients • Strong visual judgement and ability to produce polished, brand-consistent content • Good understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram • Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, research, and marketing workflows • Highly organised, responsive, and able to work independently • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand, privacy, and communication standards • Comfortable working remotely from Manila while collaborating with an Australian-based team • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager • Experience with lead-generation campaigns and lead funnels • Experience qualifying leads or working in sales/business development • Video editing and short-form content creation experience • Experience with Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite • Basic website/CMS experience • Experience with CRM systems, email marketing, or marketing automation • Experience using AI creative tools • Experience marketing healthcare, disability, community services, or other service-based businesses • Familiarity with the Australian market or experience working with Australian organisations
