📋 Description

• Facilitate clients’ seamless onboarding journey • Provide personalized service and create strong first interactions with Axi clients and partners • Execute KYC and continuous due diligence for potential and current client and partner accounts • Investigate alerts to meet internal and external regulatory requirements • Promote global onboarding knowledge and compliance standards • Identify, document, resolve, and escalate suspicious findings • Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve due diligence processes and operational efficiency • Participate in projects promoting client value, efficiency, and innovation • Manage trading and rebate account creation and administration • Provide direct assistance for onboarding-related client and partner concerns • Share onboarding industry insights and recommendations with the broader team • Complete assigned tasks accurately in line with business priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Execute Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and continuous due diligence in compliance with multiple regulatory standards • Analyse and investigate alerts using standard policies, procedures, and tools • Identify, record, and resolve or escalate suspicious findings • Maintain confidentiality of information • Comply with all policies, guidelines, and procedures • Participate in training to stay current with regulatory and competitive developments • Collaborate with stakeholders on due diligence processes • Oversee creation and management of trading and rebate accounts • Stay up to date with onboarding industry trends and technologies • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs • Demonstrate professional conduct, ownership, initiative, reliability, and proactive communication
