📋 Description

• Lead the implementation, delivery, and optimisation of performance media campaigns across the News Corp network and other major publishers • Manage campaigns throughout their lifecycle, including forecasting, setup, QA, go-live pacing, optimisation, and end-of-campaign reporting • Identify and resolve under-pacing campaigns to mitigate revenue risks • Address outstanding digital creative issues to ensure timely campaign launches • Uphold ad product rules and auditing compliance standards • Influence booking acceptance by hedging high-risk inventory with alternate solutions and prioritising on-net inventory • Coach and develop partner team members and provide first-level task support • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with client outcomes and organisational goals • Test and validate new products • Provide actionable insights and feedback to improve product performance and market alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in performance media • Ability to manage performance media campaigns across the News Corp network and other major publishers • Experience with forecasting, campaign setup, QA, pacing, optimisation, and reporting • Accuracy and attention to detail while working under pressure and meeting deadlines • Ability to identify and resolve under-pacing campaigns • Ability to address digital creative issues • Knowledge of ad product rules and auditing compliance standards • Ability to create accurate forecasts and prevent over-bidding • Ability to assess high-risk inventory and propose alternate solutions • Ability to coach and develop partner team members • Ability to test and validate new products against margin requirements
