📋 Description

• Investigate support tickets and client calls to identify root causes • Trace issues through logs, traces, underlying data, and code • Demonstrate the platform live and show clients how to configure it for their workflows • Use AI tools to investigate code and data efficiently • Convert recurring issues into permanent fixes • Write clear tickets and documentation • Flag and escalate cross-system or multi-client issues • Progress from ticket-queue work to independently leading investigations

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in a technical, client-facing role such as support engineering, solutions engineering, implementation, or QA • Comfortable debugging at the log level, such as Datadog • Ability to read JSON/data values • Ability to follow C#/.NET or TypeScript/React code sufficiently to find causes • Confidence presenting over screen-share to business and technical audiences • Clear spoken English • Genuine curiosity and desire to understand root causes • Already use AI tools as part of work • Flexible schedule with at least 4–5 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time
