• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach primarily through LinkedIn using connection requests, InMail, and direct messaging. • Support prospecting efforts through additional channels such as email and cold calling. • Schedule qualified podcast guests using calendar scheduling tools. • Maintain a structured and organized outreach pipeline. • Track conversations, follow-ups, and booking status for all prospects. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align outreach efforts with guest acquisition goals.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Prospecting. • Experience conducting LinkedIn outreach and multi-channel prospecting. • Proven ability to manage high-volume outbound activity. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tracking tools. • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn InMail, and Calendly.
