📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and live chat. • Qualify potential clients using provided scripts and document lead information in the CRM. • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimized calendar coordination. • Manage follow-ups with customers, including feedback collection and review requests. • Support sales staff with document preparation, data entry, and reporting. • Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure deadlines are met. • Assist with managing internal systems (CRM, spreadsheets, task trackers). • Provide ad-hoc support to management, including research and preparing reports.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred. • 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or administrative support. • Excellent communication (C1/C2 English required). • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. • Comfortable being on the phone and engaging with customers. • Desirable: Proficiency with RingCentral, Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM/ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, HubSpot).
