📋 Description

‱ Ensure accuracy of commission payments by auditing data, resolving discrepancies and enforcing compensation rules. ‱ Analyze compensation trends and provide actionable insights on sales performance ‱ Maintain and enhance commission systems, tools and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and transparency ‱ Respond to sales inquiries regarding commission payments and provide clear explanations of compensation calculations ‱ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, reduce errors, and enhance user experience

🎯 Requirements

‱ 5-7 years of related experience ‱ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience ‱ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills ‱ Process Improvement Expertise: Strong ability to identify and optimize sales processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity. ‱ Collaborative Leadership: Effective in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration and support of sales operations. ‱ Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy ‱ Strong Communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation concepts ‱ Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
