• Develop and present analyses that help solve customer problems based on an understanding of their business, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs); • Propose new products and customized reports to clients, aligned with their needs and objectives; • Conduct contract negotiations with distribution owners, strengthening commercial partnerships; • Train distributors on the use of Scanntech tools, promoting engagement from owners to sales representatives; • Facilitate integration between industry and distributor partners, promoting joint actions that benefit both parties; • Support the promotion and adoption of the Scanntech Analytics platform by clients, providing guidance on the use of available tools and data.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields; • Experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Development, preferably in consumer goods industries; • Knowledge of market research methodologies and Business Intelligence (BI) tools; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel (pivot tables, macros); • Experience with indirect channels is desirable; • Availability to travel to customer sites within the region.
