📋 Description

• Management of 10–15 Schülerhilfe locations, including personnel management • Recruitment and selection of employees • Onboarding, training and coaching of staff • Ensuring implementation of Schülerhilfe concepts • Responsibility for the area’s revenues and performance • Budget control and responsibility • Implementation of ISO standards and ensuring teaching quality • Identification of new locations for expansion

🎯 Requirements

• Solid vocational training and initial leadership experience • Sales experience, ideally in a multi-branch/chain company • Strong communication skills with staff and customers • Performance- and target-oriented approach to team leadership
