📋 Description
• Conduct telephone consultation and sales calls with prospective customers (NO cold calling) • Prepare proposals based on customer needs and finalize contracts • Coordinate trial lessons and conduct feedback discussions • Communicate with prospects via email and WhatsApp
🎯 Requirements
• A completed vocational qualification is desirable, ideally in a commercial/business field or as a salesperson • Experience in telephone sales or telephone-based consulting, ideally in the service sector (career changers are welcome) • Strong communication skills, empathy, excellent verbal expression, and a customer- and service-oriented phone manner • Flexibility, commitment, and willingness to perform • English skills are a plus
