• Coordinate on-site construction activities and all project participants (project management, service technicians, subcontractors, customers) • Plan and manage on-site resources • Ensure quality, compliance with safety standards, and documentation of construction progress • Participate in project meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders • Support installations, commissioning, and acceptance tests • Contribute to technical project documentation • Monitor suppliers and subcontractors • Ensure technical compliance and project profitability
• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or mechatronics • Initial professional experience (minimum 2 years) in site management or project implementation • Good knowledge of MS Office and a general affinity for IT • Technical understanding of electrical systems and installations • Driving licence class B • Fluent in German and good English skills
