• Provide consulting to company executives on recruitment and contract opportunities • Independently schedule appointments with warm inbound leads • Pre-qualify prospects for consultation with experts • Participate in team meetings and handle minor administrative tasks
• Clear spoken German with good articulation and high energy • Willingness to learn, performance-oriented mindset, and commitment to continuous development • Some experience in telephone cold calling, ideally 1–3 years in sales • Experience in an agency or in sales coaching is a plus
