• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with significant SEO ownership • Proven success ranking competitive keywords and driving measurable traffic growth • Strong experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools • Experience managing and optimizing websites (WordPress or similar CMS preferred) • Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization and lead funnel strategy • Experience managing inbound lead flow and CRM integration • Strong analytical, strategic, and execution capabilities • Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment • Ownership mindset with high accountability for measurable outcomes • Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, automation platforms) to enhance marketing performance • Ability to critically evaluate AI output and refine for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
