📋 Description
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls • Schedule appointments • Process and review work orders • Ensure required documentation is complete • Submit completed work orders for payment processing • Work directly with field technicians to obtain missing information • Request corrections • Ensure work orders meet client requirements before submission
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent customer service and communication skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to review work orders, photos, and documentation for completeness • Comfortable communicating with field technicians regarding corrections and missing information • Dependable, professional, and self-motivated • Strong organizational and computer skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Previous call center, customer service, scheduling, dispatch, administrative, or work order processing experience preferred • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Dedicated remote workspace • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures • Flexibility to support changing projects and work schedules as business needs evolve
