📋 Description

• Conduct and ensure the correct execution of accounting routines and account classifications. • Perform account reconciliations and in-depth analysis of various accounts. • Execute the monthly closing routines for group companies and work directly on financial statement consolidation. • Participate in the preparation of the group companies' financial statements in collaboration with the accounting team. • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary information and documentation. • Ensure the correct preparation, validation and filing of the ECD (Escrituração Contábil Digital / Digital Accounting Records). • Manage fixed assets and asset register, and supervise depreciation routines. • Lead or actively participate in automation and continuous improvement projects related to accounting processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. • Registration: Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council registration) — required. • Experience: Proven solid experience in the accounting area. • Systems: Knowledge of integrated systems / ERPs (experience with Oracle is a competitive advantage). • IT: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. • Language: English (advantage). • Preferred: Up-to-date courses, specializations or training in IFRS/CPC, ECD or tax-related areas.
