📋 Description

• To source, qualify, and onboard contractors nationwide • Researches, sources, and develops prospects in assigned areas • Performs data research to determine the best qualified contractors in candidate pool • Ensures candidates meet/and or exceed qualifications by evaluating applications and interviews • Monitors new hires to ensure receipt of paperwork and documentation during the contractor activation process • Maintains company records in contractor software • Develops and maintains strong contractor relations • Works with other recruiters and management to meet specific goals and objectives

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred • Three (3) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Construction knowledge or insurance adjusting background preferred • Ability to articulate program details to prospective contractors • Strong statistical analysis skills • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products • Excellent customer service skills • Strong organizational skills • Excellent negotiation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
