📋 Description

• Lead discovery and requirement gathering sessions with client business stakeholders, translating operational bottlenecks into structured briefs for rapid prototyping • Use hands-on AI-augmented experience to support the build of initial solutions • Build business cases and ROI models for AI investments to secure executive buy-in and funding • Develop and manage delivery plans and prioritized pipelines of AI use cases • Own the initial AI engagement lifecycle from scoping and prioritization through functional proof-of-concept delivery • Collaborate with Frontier Solutions Engineers to combine client data assets with LLM capabilities, qualify feasibility, and shape solution approaches • Evangelize working prototypes to non-technical executives and transition successful prototypes to engineering teams for production scale-out • Drive adoption of AI technologies and development and operations patterns within client environments • Champion responsible AI practices aligned with governance, industry, and compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services (PS), technology consulting, or a highly strategic client-facing delivery role • BSc/MSc in Business, Computer Science, or a similar discipline • Technical intuition: ability to comprehend code prototypes, including reading Python, understanding API structures, and grasping technical logic • Strong ability to build commercial business cases, delivery roadmaps, and project pipelines leading to long term customer engagements • Excellent communication skills, able to run workshops, manage stakeholder interviews, and engage effectively from C-suite to developer • Experience delivering solutions in financial services, insurance, fintech, or similarly regulated environments, demonstrating a strong quality and compliance mindset • One or more Microsoft professional AI certifications: AB-100 Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect, AB-730 AI Business Professional, AB-731 AI Transformation Leader, or AB-900 Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals
