📋 Description

• Prepare quotes, perform technical analyses, and issue insurance proposals for agricultural machinery and equipment; • Conduct negotiations with insurers to secure improved commercial, technical, and operational terms; • Collaborate with the sales team, providing technical and consultative support during client negotiations; • Analyze risks, coverages, policy clauses, and agribusiness-specific conditions; • Monitor pending items, policy issuances, transmissions, and proposal acceptances; • Ensure agility, operational quality, and adherence to deadlines; • Support the development of customized solutions according to clients' profiles and needs; • Develop relationships with insurers, maintaining close contact and strategic alignment; • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal technical processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in insurance, with a focus on agribusiness insurance; • Practical experience in quoting, policy issuance, risk analysis, and negotiations with insurers; • Strong communication and organizational skills, with an analytical mindset; • Technical knowledge of rural insurance and insurance for agricultural machinery and equipment is a plus; • Experience with multicalc systems and insurers' platforms is a plus.
