📋 Description

• Work closely with the consulting team, contribute your own ideas, and take on responsibility. • Analyze current developments in the professional development market and develop tailored offerings for different target groups. • Support the development of modern training concepts from idea to implementation, with a focus on relevance, instructional design, and impact. • Create website content, contribute social media ideas, and strengthen the company’s digital presence. • Support the optimization of application documents and gain insight into consulting conversations with clients. • Contribute to potential assessments and help prepare and support coaching sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• You are studying business psychology, business administration, communications, or a comparable degree program—preferably with a focus on HR or marketing. • You work in a structured manner, show initiative, and approach tasks analytically and with a solution-oriented mindset. • You are eager to learn about new topics and actively contribute to projects. • You are interested in digital tools and processes; you enjoy using AI applications such as ChatGPT or are keen to learn about them with us. • You have a professional, approachable manner and enjoy working collaboratively. • You are confident using standard MS Office applications.
