📋 Description

• Ensure the technical sustainment/support of clients' AWS environments • Operate with quality, security, predictability and continuous improvement • Contribute to reducing incidents, evolving operations and increasing the cloud maturity of managed environments • Support clients with technical guidance, clear communication and a consultative approach.

🎯 Requirements

• Sustainment/support of AWS environments • Linux, command line, log analysis and performance troubleshooting • Provide operational support to clients for operational tasks, incidents, requests and changes • Troubleshooting for AWS services, Linux systems, networks, applications and cloud infrastructure components • Incident investigation and resolution, including root cause analysis and prevention of recurrence • Administration and monitoring of AWS resources such as EC2, RDS, ECS, EKS, S3, IAM, VPC, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch, Route 53, among others • Routines, maintenance, validation and improvement in production environments • Creation, review and execution of GMUDs (change requests), ensuring security, traceability and risk reduction • Analysis of logs, metrics and alarms to identify failures, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities • Configuration and improvement of monitoring in collaboration with NOC and Observability teams, including networks (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, VPN), Security Groups, NACLs and routing • Incident analysis and action in production environments • Opening, tracking and documentation of technical tickets • Basic cloud security knowledge, IAM permissions, access best practices and service exposure • Interpretation of metrics, logs, alarms and technical evidence.
