📋 Description

• Manage the group-wide IT transformation backlog • Establish a program and KPI setup • Take responsibility for IT budgets • Provide clear board-level reporting to C-level • Establish an operating model with transparent decision-making structures • Manage external service providers and consolidate IT services • Ensure stable IT-based core processes • Support the accompanying AI transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of senior experience as an IT Director, IT Transformation Lead, or Head of IT • Successfully managed operational IT organizations and complex transformation programs • Pragmatic, hands-on mentality • Knowledge of multi-stream program management • Experience in vendor and provider management • Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Entra ID) • Understands IT operations, M365, Azure, identity & access, ITSM, security, and AI
