📋 Description
• Meet technical SLAs for installation, maintenance, and service/support. • Ensure accurate, standardized technical documentation. • Maintain the company's professional image, conduct, and technical standards with customers. • Work with discipline, safety, and a results-oriented focus.
🎯 Requirements
• Technical degree or vocational training in Electrical, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields. • Solid knowledge of electrical controls, schematic/diagram reading, hydraulics, and maintenance of industrial equipment. • Previous experience in field technical service/support. • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ease with electronic reporting. • Valid driver's license (Category B) and availability for regional travel using a company-leased vehicle.
