📋 Description

• Actively prospect potential students via WhatsApp and social media • Make the initial approach, build rapport and guide them to a diagnostic call • Understand the lead's routine, goals and pain points — and present the right solution • Follow the lead from first contact through enrollment • Log all contacts in the CRM and keep the pipeline consistently updated • Maintain a disciplined daily sales routine with a focus on results

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in active sales, prospecting or outbound (minimum 6 months) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Discipline to maintain contact routines and daily follow-ups • Fully comfortable with a 100% commission-based, target-driven model • Reliable smartphone or computer and stable internet connection • Prior experience selling language courses, education products or high-value items is a plus • Experience with CRM, sales funnels and scripts is a plus • Autonomous, self-driven profile
