📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to the Commercial team, leading the financial planning cycle • Participate in developing the sales budget • Track actual results against plan, analyzing and explaining key variances • Develop, consolidate, and analyze management reports on commercial and financial performance • Structure and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring the quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of analyses • Ensure the flow of information between departments, supporting tactical and strategic decision-making • Identify financial opportunities and risks, focusing on expense optimization and improved results • Propose improvements to processes, controls, and analyses, driving efficiency and automation • Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and other business teams • Monitor new tools and methodologies for processing and using data, including Artificial Intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field • Experience in financial and commercial planning, including forecasting models, revenue analysis, and performance analysis • Experience building budgets and forecasts • Experience tracking results, budgets, and variance analysis (actual vs. budget) • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and consolidation • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and generate business insights • Strong organizational, proactive, and communication skills for working with different departments • Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard development — not required • Experience or interest in using data and automation for analysis, including AI — not required
