📋 Description

• Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen • Kundenbetreuung und Beratung zur individuellen Veranstaltungsplanung • Festlegung von Räumlichkeiten, technischen Anforderungen und Catering-Optionen • Sicherstellung eines optimalen Settings und Steuerung der technischen Ausstattung • Qualitätskontrolle der Veranstaltungen von A bis Z

🎯 Requirements

• Erfahrung in der Hotellerie z.B. als Hotelfachmann (m/w/d), Event Manager (m/w/d) oder Veranstaltungskaufmann (m/w/d) • Leidenschaft für die Planung und Organisation von Events, Seminaren oder Workshops • Kenntnisse in EDV und Hotelsoftware • Microsoft Office sehr gut bedienen können • Kenntnisse in SiHot wären ein dickes Plus • Kreatives Auge und eine Spürnase für Trends bei der Gestaltung von Veranstaltungen • Fähigkeit, in stressigen Situationen ruhig zu bleiben • Freude an der Interaktion mit Kunden, Dienstleistern und dem Team • Verantwortung für die Rolle übernehmen und eigeninitiativ handeln
