📋 Description

• Organizational talent with passion and creativity • You support and advise our clients to understand their requirements and expectations • You determine appropriate venues, technical requirements, and catering options • Acting as a link between participants, trainers, and departments, you ensure all parties receive the necessary information • With the aim of making every event a great experience, you check everything from A to Z and ensure our quality standards are met

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the hospitality industry, e.g., as a hotel specialist, event manager, or event sales professional (m/f/d) • Passion for planning and organizing events, seminars, or workshops • IT skills and experience with hotel software; Microsoft Office • Knowledge of SiHot would be a strong plus • You have a creative eye and a keen sense for trends and innovations
