📋 Description

• You proactively approach potential clients: from the first cold call to the compelling pitch. • You identify and generate new leads and develop smart strategies to turn initial contacts into genuine enthusiasm for Seminaris — especially in the MICE and LCR segments. • You prefer to inspire customers with authentic stories about our services rather than rely on common sales clichés. • At the same time, you recognize development opportunities with existing customers as well as with warm leads, and you think along and further develop ideas. • Through targeted initiatives you create new touchpoints and sustainably strengthen customer loyalty. • You conduct inspiring conversations with potential clients, understand their needs precisely, and demonstrate how Seminaris can creatively solve their challenges with tailored services — without classic hard selling. • You stay informed about market developments: you continuously monitor and analyze the market and our competitors to identify trends, spot opportunities, and improve the positioning of our hotels. • Industry events, trade shows, and networking events are a must for you to build and maintain relationships with potential customers, partners, and other stakeholders. • Sales reports, revenue forecasts, and analyses are essential tools for you to continuously identify opportunities for adaptation or improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience as a Sales Manager (m/f/d) or sales representative (m/f/d) and are passionate about selling conferences and events. • If you bring experience in the hospitality industry, you already meet the basic requirements. • Knowledge of transformation topics related to the new world of work is a plus; genuine interest in these topics is a must. • You understand your customers' needs and offer them tailored support for their challenges in an ever-changing world. • As an initiator you focus on forward-looking services. • The ability to quickly acquire sound expertise about customers' businesses and their business models is desirable. • You are able to work both collaboratively in a team and independently. • You have business-fluent English and communicate in an inspiring way to build trust, strengthen relationships, and win customers for our solutions. • You show an interest in sustainability from ecological, social, and procedural perspectives and want to contribute to promoting sustainable practices within our company.
