Description
• Planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of workers' compensation and employer liability cases • Handling a high volume of cases with deadlines • Possessing strong research, writing, and communication skills • Meeting deadlines and multitasking • Working independently • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
Requirements
• JD from an accredited law school • Admitted to practice law in MD and PA • 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense law • Strong understanding of MD and PA workers' compensation laws and regulations • Experience with employer liability claims a plus • Licensure in other jurisdictions is a plus
