📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to the Commercial team in building sustainable business opportunities • Use data and analytical insight to support pricing, proposal, and negotiation decisions • Prepare, generate, and review commercial proposals, ensuring quality and alignment with negotiated terms • Build and analyze pricing scenarios considering revenue, margin, costs, volume, and commercial terms • Support Sales in structuring opportunities and developing negotiation scenarios • Analyze discounts, commercial exceptions, and their respective financial impacts • Ensure the application of pricing policies and guidelines and support exception governance • Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Finance, and other departments to enable commercial opportunities • Support more complex and strategic negotiations • Analyze proposal, discount, margin, and commercial behavior data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement • Contribute to the evolution of pricing models, offers, policies, and commercial processes • Participate in improvement and automation initiatives, including the application of Artificial Intelligence to proposals, pricing, and commercial operations

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Pricing, FP&A, or related areas • Experience preparing and/or analyzing commercial proposals • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers and financial analyses • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Ability to analyze commercial scenarios involving price, discounts, revenue, costs, and margin • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands and priorities simultaneously • Knowledge of B2B sales dynamics • Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B companies • Experience with Pricing, Deal Desk, or profitability analysis • Knowledge of recurring business metrics such as ARR, MRR, margin, churn, and NRR • Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs • Knowledge of data analysis and dashboard-building tools • Experience with commercial approval processes, discount policies, and proposal governance • Knowledge of or experience with automation and Artificial Intelligence tools applied to daily work • English and/or Spanish proficiency is a plus
