• Design and govern the solution architecture for corporate technology, including Salesforce and Sage Intacct integrations • Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer, engineering, Director of Business Insights, RevOps, and functional leaders to execute the technical vision • Maintain and evolve the firm's data and systems ecosystem • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, business logic, and integration workflows • Establish firm-wide platform standards and enable users within predefined guardrails • Direct third-party contractor projects and ensure quality, alignment, and on-time, on-budget delivery • Perform system configuration directly when needed • Make build-versus-buy decisions for the corporate technology stack • Own quote-to-cash data flow from contracts through invoicing, revenue recognition templates, and billing schedules • Determine integration approaches using out-of-the-box solutions or bespoke middleware • Monitor technology costs and align systems with value-based outcomes • Establish and maintain master data integrity and governance standards • Influence stakeholders and build followership across the firm without formal authority
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; a degree in IT or Technology is welcomed • Deep, hands-on, current Salesforce experience is required; candidates without substantive Salesforce experience will not be considered • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required • Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Architect track certifications are highly advantageous • Significant experience in Business Systems, Solutions Architecture, or a similar role • Track record of delivering, directing, and quality-assuring contractors or Salesforce professionals on projects • Experience in a global Professional Services or B2B environment is highly favorable • Strong understanding of professional services operations and accounting principles, including Bookings vs. Billings vs. Revenue Recognition • Experience with geographic and multi-entity operational and system configuration challenges • Experience with Sage Intacct or equivalent ERP systems is highly favorable • Ability to manage and integrate HRIS, collaboration, and financial systems • Ability to build followership and credibility without formal authority • Holistic understanding of how system changes affect the entire business operating system • Ability to translate executive strategy into technical requirements • Hands-on, technically pragmatic approach to systems, integrations, and technical foundations
