• Responsible for all areas of customer service regarding research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients. • Handle incoming calls to effectively address issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues or patient services needs. • Update billing information, establish payment plans, resolve payment inquiries, or assist with patient scheduling. • Provide quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED • 2 years Customer Service experience REQUIRED • Previous Data Entry Experience REQUIRED • Call center experience highly preferred • Healthcare background preferred (pre-authorization, insurance eligibility, referrals, billing, claims) • EPIC experience is a plus
