📋 Description

• Drive complex business analysis and project success • Gather, evaluate, and document business needs • Apply Property & Casualty Insurance domain knowledge to guide IT solutions and process improvements • Execute and coordinate project deliverables within Agile methodologies • Facilitate alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Collaborate on end-to-end digital transformation projects for global leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of IT experience acting as a Business Analyst or in a closely related functional role • Strong Insurance Domain knowledge, specifically focused on Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance • Excellent requirement understanding and advanced analytical skills • Proven, hands-on experience working in Agile methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery • Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering" • Advanced Oral English • Advanced Spanish
