📋 Description

• Understand and translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications • Evaluate business processes and propose efficient IT solutions • Collaborate using Agile methodologies to ensure continuous delivery and improvement • Communicate in writing and verbally to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams • Work on end-to-end digital transformation projects for global leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of IT experience, specifically with a Business Analyst profile • Strong background in the Insurance sector • Property & Casualty Insurance domain knowledge • Excellent requirement understanding and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated experience working in Agile methodologies • Resilience and emotional intelligence • Focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish
